DURO YOKOTA are open for business to support the essential Construction and Infrastructure sectors.
We are operating our normal working schedule, with a full internal and external workforce and are ensuring we keep to the highest standards of service and product delivery.
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday – 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday – 8.30am to 4.00pm
As per our normal working hours we will endeavour to pick, pack and ship all orders received before 4.00pm (3.00pm Friday) on a next day delivery service. Orders received after 4.00pm (3.00pm Friday) may not be despatched until the following day.
Our external salesforce continue to undertake both physical visits to our business partners (whilst complying 100% with requested on-site procedures) and also virtual meetings via various well known platforms. Physical visits will be on hold for the duration of the 2nd national lockdown and maybe impacted by the return to regional restrictions after. Please speak with your area sales manager to discuss this but remain confident that DURO YOKOTA will continue to deliver the levels of service you have come to expect whatever the situation nationally and regionally.
To ensure the safety of all our staff and visitors to our company premises we have undertaken a COVID-19 Workplace Risk Assessment which can be viewed below using the link. This risk assessment has been undertaken by DURO Yokota’s Compliance Manager in accordance with government guidelines and those set out by our official Health and Safety partner. This is a thorough risk assessment and ensures that the health of health of all employees and visitors to the company premises is protected to the highest level possible. This Risk Assessment is and will be continually reviewed.
